I went in and asked for overnight mail for an envelope containing a check
I was told $169.84 - I just assumed that was the price and had gobe up like everything else. Now I find out that the USPS price for overnight mail is $30.00!! I just went in to complain and he gave me the run around - talk about a business upcharging!!BUYER BEWARE!!

I wanted to set up a P.O. Box, so I headed in after shopping at the Bashas nearby. After walking in, I stood at the front desk forever without the owner even acknowledging me, and with no-one in the store. I stood there pateintly making some noises so at least I would get a response....and still nothing. I walked out so fast and won't be returning. Other mail stores are much nicer than this place. I WOULD NOT reccomend this place to my worst enemy.

We get our mail and our packages delivered to Mail Well Shipping because of where we live. Roger, the proprietor, is a great guy and always helpful. The location is convenient for us, the hours are better than a post office, and they accept UPS and FedEx deliveries, in addition to USPS. We're glad this business is here!

I used this service for helping me with copies, shipping, etc., of some very important paperwork. The owner was a huge help to me, which I appreciated among all my stress of dealing with the documents! He also was a big help to my husband on a previous occasion. Would not hesitate to use this business again.

I will never go there again. Worst experience starting with the owner yelling at me for parking in their parking spot. When he found out I was shipping something with them, you would have thought his attitude would have improved but continued to be cranky and borderline belligerent. Shipping is EXTREMELY expensive through them and they upsell you everything with scare tactics. Claimed I could not insure past $500 through FedEx because I packed myself. Took it to FedEx and they gladly insured and shipped it at less than half the cost.

While setting up shipments, all past customer information is displayed on the screen for everyone to see. Seems like a huge privacy problem.

I'm all for supporting local businesses but will no longer go there. I would rate it zero stars as deserved...

I called because I thought the store had made an error in shipping. The manager (or owner) I spoke with was very patient and kind. They had not made any error--it was a mistake on the shippers end. The owner reached out to FedEx to try and remedy the situation. Greatly appreciated his effort and patience!

Very nice, well stocked with postal supplies, mail tubes, pad envelopes, the lot of it. Great cards too. Do you like western art? Stop here! Fast service by the owner.
