A+ customer service. One of their associates Rebecca was nice enough to call me and leave a detailed message about an issue with an international delivery. While I already was aware of this situation, they could've been like any other shipping business and provide no help whatsoever. Instead they actually cared about the customer! This is why we try to always support local!

Excellent! They have wonderful customer service. They will help you pack the items your are shipping and usually find a box or envelope to reuse and not charge you for the packaging. The only place I use for shipping!

Very helpful and friendly staff. They offer many options for mailing. I now avoid the long lines at the Post Office, UPS, or Fed Ex and have choices all in one place. They rent mailboxes and have some great gift items as well!

Always friendly and helpful, they’re so much better than going to the post office! They are also opened longer each day than the post office is and they’re also opened on Saturday! I have been mailing several items lately and I’m so glad I decided to start going there instead of the post office
