I've gone into this location several times and every time everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. Little or no line every time I go in . I purposely bypass the post office because of how much easier this is. I would tell anyone to go to this location I have sent UPS and USPS packages through here with no complaints.

I didn't want to wait at the post office so I stopped in to buy a stamp and mail a letter. The letter was going to Havasu. It took longer than usual to get there. Don't know why. I stopped by to mail a birthday card to Oregon. The card was never received. So I don't know about this place. Twice now I've had issues.

My experience is terrible. I received my package totally destroyed and had broken and missing memories of my deceased brother. The mailbox takes no responsibility and neither does fed ex. I will be contacting farther up the ladder next week
