Mail and Parcel Express and all of their employees are absolutely amazing! I have been going to this location for a long time and even before they moved there. They have always taken care of me and my families shipping and postage needs. The service is outstanding, lines are rarely long and they are efficient and kind. I would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs shipping assistance. Thanks MPE you guys are awesome!

Do not even know where to start with the incompetence of the latest owners. I WAS a customer for 24 years, 6 owners at 4 locations and left due to the HORRIBLE, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT owners and staff. So apparently they want everyone to know and possibly, feel sorry for them as they are single moms. Not sure what that has to do with owning this business but possible works to justify their incompetence. With every change of ownership it was seamless - these new owners took a well run business and made it a debacle. To top it all off they have added a TIP JAR!!! For what Doing your job. Here buy some stamps and tip me. Ship my boxes and tip me. Get my mail for me and tip me. This is what make people pissed that everyone feels they need a tip for DOING THEIR JOB! There are other options out there to ship, have po boxes and buy stamps. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Mailing out 9 boxes can be such a hassle (especially if they are different sizes and shapes), and I'm so happy I chose this Mail and Parcel (in Sprouts strip mall). Marga was so helpful and patient. I saw her "Positive Energy" sticker on her coffee cup and new I was in good hands. Her shop is a great place to visit, not just for mailing packages. She has a good assortment of greeting cards and post office boxes. Go in and say hi, they are so friendly. Thanks Marga!

We show up 15 minutes early before opening to get my son’s homework assignment printed out. The employee (did not get her name) opened early and let us in. She printed out the homework assignment within minutes. This experience really help us when we were pressed for time and allow my son to get his extra credit:) Great customer service and highly recommend this business!

I am a teacher with a small startup company. I had a shipment needing to be sent internationally. I knew my knowledge was limited and thought I would use this place to insure my product made it to its destination. The product was refused and I was sent a certified letter stating I had 2 days to pick up or it would be disposed of. Shipping was over $1000. They will not refund my money or even a portion of it. I thought using this company would provide me with added assurance with international shipping that I knew little about. WRONG! They are no more than a very expensive courier service. Take the time to do the due diligence and talk to Fed EX, USPS, or UPS yourself. I have since done so and they told me they would not have excepted the packages. A very expensive lesson learned.

I have worked with the staff at Mail and Parcel for the past year, using their wonderful services to mail various items to clients through the postal service. Hannah and her colleagues always greet me by name and treat me like their "number one" client EVERY single time.
I wouldn't go anywhere else and I couldn't recommend a better place to send your parcels through the USPS. A top-class business experience every time!!
