I have used Mail'n'Copy as my postal mailbox since 1998, first in Fort Collins and now in Windsor. The staff in both locations were extremely professional, helpful, courteous and kind. I ship packages out of the shop and have always been very satisfied with how they were handled. I haven't used them for printing, but I know they are always busy, and that tells me they're doing something right.

I went to ship items to Canada today and was horrified when a customer tried to get a large print job worth over $250 for only $30. I felt terrible for the employees who tried to negotiate to help her and are now out their time, ink, and almost 2 reams of paper. They were both very professional and it's so hard to believe anyone would expect to pay .019 for each double sided printed page. Why didn't she just print it at the school if they were only going to charge $30? I just felt the need to let them know they were right and they were amazing during every interaction while I was there!
