I mailed a death certificate for a neighbor. I have correct address but Fedex delivered late and said it was a “bad address” Family out of town when it was an attempted delivery. Called Fedex and they said they were going ti destroy the package unless someone would come pick it up with us from that address….not even allowing a neighbor. Problem was they were out of town. Come to the rescue Kelly who works at this mailing center (maybe owns not entirely sure) calls Fedex on my behalf on numerous occasions to rectify this situation that was the fault of Fedex.

Whew…she told them to hold the very important package. I was in disbelief that Fedex would destroy a package.

But… in the end Kelly fixed the issue. Family got the important document after I tried ti fix it and receiving family tried as well.

Friendly, fast and efficient. Stopped in at 4 PM and there was no line. Very well stocked with priority mail envelopes and boxes. Highly recommend!
