I recently dropped off a custom colored pencil artwork to be packaged and shipped to Colorado. Apparently the package was delivered in a hellacious windstorm, and soon after delivery, the package blew off the front porch of its destination. 4 days later the package was found elsewhere on their property. The box was a bit beat up. But the gentleman at Mail Box Plus wrapped it so well that the artwork itself was undamaged! Thank you for doing such a great job packaging and paying attention to details! You saved me from losing a lot of time and money. You all are also very courteous and obliging when packing awkward items! I love that you show all possible costs and carriers as well. Will use again!

I needed to ship a return and had been emailed the label and packing slip, but I was visiting Flag and didn't have access to a printer. This place took great care of me, having me email them the paperwork to print out, they even taped up the package and label for me. It's getting rare to have your service expectations exceeded. I really appreciated the warm and caring attitudes of everyone there.

I was looking for a post office. Someone suggested MailBox Plus. It was in the same parking lot I was in. The salesperson was helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable. She got my card mailed, and I found a place I would recommend to everyone.

Passing through on my travels, I had a new flyrod and tool shipped here for pickup. I'd never used this sort of service before, but the guy working the shop was very courteous and helpful. I certainly work with this place again.

I have to give a shout-out to all the folks at Mail Box Plus. We are full-time RVers so we only pick up our mail in person every three months or so, and amazingly, they always know us when we show up. On a few occasions we’ve asked them to forward our mail. It’s always reached us timely. Everyone is always upbeat, happy and ready to help, all at very reasonable and fair rates. Thank you all for what you do!!!
