so very thankful for this place! UPS kept losing all of my packages and the lines at Kohl’s were way too long and I was spending money every time I went in Kohl’s, so I am so very thankful that I found these guys! The owners husband and wife team are such a tremendous blessing always so patient and peaceful. And they never charge me for anything that UPS always nickel and dime me for. They print out all of my papers and even give me free boxes when they have one available. They are not Always going above and beyond to serve. I highly recommend this place! And I love that I can do all of my mailing in one spot and I’ll have to drive all over town. These truly are the greatest people and I am so thankful for them!

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I switched to Mail Biz Hilltop from Wrap N Pack after they went under new ownership with awkward, uncomfortable, and less than friendly new owners and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve literally never had to wait in a line, any questions I’ve ever had have always been answered with kindness and expertise, and above all their customer service makes you feel more like family than a customer. If I could give 10 stars I would.
