The two women that work here know their stuff! They are friendly & efficient and very helpful. We had lots of Amazon stuff to send back and needed the prepaid labels printed out too. No problem for them! They helped us get it all mailed back to the third party vendor. Thanks ?

The owner does her best to solve any problems that may arise and is always a delight when I see her. I will say that a couple of the employees need to go as its obvious that they can't do their jobs. I have had more packages go "missing" only to be found later in a random incoming box. The owner and a few others work their tail off but the other two need to hit the unemployment line. I have had many chances to take my business elsewhere, but I can't help but feeling bad for the girls who do work.

Every time I come here always excellent customer service. Staff is amazing and always very helpful. Highly recommend this place. If you have an item to drop off for any of the carriers, UPS, FedEx, etc. Definitely worth it

Something about the way these guys deliver packages to the main P.O. does not work out well. I've had a couple items that did not get scanned, so it appears to the purchaser that you never sent the item. That causes big problems that I can't afford. I wish I could trust them, but I can't.
