The prices are very reasonable for everything that you get, along with the wonderful experience! This is why I will always keep coming back again and again. I have been a customer here for about 6 or 7 years I want to say. And I think that Jeff and his family are just the sweetest most helpful people! In the last several years I have watched their business grow from a small post office into one of Simi's most warm caring family owned businesses. I love everything about this place from the old fashioned candy, the new beautiful oil burners, and the purple walls pirate theme! You are all so pleasant and helpful! I look forward to another 6 or 7 years as a happy customer! Keep up the great work? Our community needs more family businesses like this one!

I can’t imagine EVER going to the post office again. When I found this place it was a godsend. Jeff and family are the kindest, most proficient and helpful people. They truly go up and beyond to help you. They took a package I was sending to my daughter in NJ (a handmade crochet queen blanket) that was going to cost $75.00, unpackaged it for me and got the postage to $40.00. I just cried!!! Who does that THEY DO!! God bless them.

I drove here from Oxnard to send 2 DHL packages. The worker is friendly when I walked in. The guy scan, weight, and added a shipping pouch. Make sure you bring your shipping documents to avoid issues. They also take USPS, Fedex, and UPS parcels. My local area has a DHL service point but there are lack of reviews for parcels service and I'm wasn't comfortable dropping them off. This business will be my go to location for dropping off DHL parcels.

What can I say about this place , they are the best. I have had my mail there for over 10 years and I just can't say enough about Jeff and and his wife. Great people, will help you with anything and go out of there way to meet your needs and take care of you. I highly recommend doing all your mailing needs with them. They never let you down and prices are right.

Jeff and family are simply awesome. They are always personable and professional and think of everything that you need. There is a mail center across the street from my house and I actually drive an extra 5 minutes just to see them. Highly recommend you stop by.

I have had a mailbox here for business for over 6 years. The best move I made for my small business. They accept my deliveries when I wouldn't be able to at my office, and it is very convenient for shipping and mailing items out. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They let me know when a package has arrived. I have also used them for document shredding, making keys, and several other services. Great value for a terrific service.

...and you thought customer service was dead...well Jeff dispelled all notions to that! Jeff went over and above for me when a FedEx ground shipment of dining bar stools had an incomplete address shipped from the shipper and he intervened by tracking down the driver for me (not a chance of that happening through FedEx- believe me!) and had the FedEx driver deliver to the Mail and Parcel Center...Having a dinner party without the requisite bar stools would have ruined the party and thank you Jeff for going so far over and above what anyone would do in this day and age. It brought back memories of a distant past where customer service was king!
