Before I hired Mr. Lusk, I hired an attorney whose prices were much more affordable. It was horrible. This is not a service that you should go with the low cost option. If there is any way possible, use a good attorney. It's crucial. Mr. Lusk and his associates are expensive, but I do not regret hiring them. In fact, I wish I had used them from the beginning of my case. Everyone I interacted with at Lusk and Lusk was professional, kind, and honest. Mr. Lusk could have made a lot more money off me by making false promises, but he was straight forward and realistic with me. But he also explained the other options in great detail until I felt I understood the situation well enough to make an informed decision. He never told me what to do. I believe that my outcome was the best it could be for the situation I was in, and that Mr. Lusk gave me excellent counsel at every step. When you're going through something as horrible as divorce, you want a top tier legal team like Lusk and Lusk on your team.

Beyond 5 Stars: Jonathan stewards a generational gift in legal advocacy in a superb manner. I witnessed excellence in so many aspects of his legal counsel in my case: sharp and extensive awareness of my case details, superb interrogatory skills, depth in his experience with similar cases, strategic awareness of his peer network, and a consummate gentleman when handling depositions. His gifted interrogatory skills coupled with his very amenable southern gentleman style, yielded a deposition that was a masterpiece. He extracted the important details without any hostility or looking to humiliate the opposing party (which could not be said of the opposing counsel), while masterfully leaving the opposing party no wiggle room to evade or misrepresent facts. Thank you Jonathan for exonerating my integrity in this legal battle among other positive outcomes.
