This may be my most emotional review, but these words are long over due.
We all have our reasons for why we would consider selling our homes; whether they be favorable or unfortunate. In my case, it was a mix of both. It wasn't easy to come to the decision to sell...

That's when Heidi Cafarella from Lugash Law Center and her colleagues came to my rescue. Heidi explained ALL of my options, even the unknown ones, and helped me move forward with selling my house.

I'm not sure when Heidi changed from "my agent" to my friend. She represented all of my demands but my needs too. Fought for me when my buyer got out of hand (lol).

Heidi's team walked me through the whole process, there wasn't a service that they didn't do: from a photographer snapping photos of the house, notary, or personnel assisting me through necessary documents that needed my attention.

It's been over a year now and alot has changed for me. I've made my peace with selling my house, embraced my new home, and definitely enjoyed the money (haha).
