Such a great experience. I called Eliza, and she was able to take me in right away. I needed a form filled out for a job opportunity and because I waited till the last minute everywhere I went turned me away because I need an appointment or they were closing soon. I’m so very glad I was able to get my forms filled out. Eliza is so sweet, very welcoming, and professional. I really enjoyed my experience!!! I will definitely go back to Eliza and will recommend her to family and friends!!!

I have a friend who is in a care facility in Riverbank, he has vision issues and is immobile, I live in Napa and help him with his affairs, he received mail for a form that needed to be notarized that affects his retirement. We called Eliza, she was very professional and agreed to a set amount to do the job. My friend has to arrange personnel from the center to be there for the signing and that's not easy. We set the appointment and Eliza never showed nor called me, we got in touch with her, she said she got hung up at another signing, I get that but at least she could have called. So we jumped through the hoops to reset the appointment, she assured us she would show up. She texted this morning and told us she would be there but no longer takes checks, there was a check at the facility waiting for her and she knew that, we told her fine that we could pay with venmo, she agreed. She arrived at the facility, then texted us that she now wanted an additional fee of $35 for travel, this was never mentioned to us before, we didn't see the text so she left the facility, didn't even bother to call, she's obviously not very smart as now she's out her travel fee plus her money for her services that she didn't render despite being on site. I tried to call her and she didn't answer, very flaky, stay clear of her.

We needed a mobile notary so I went on Google and search for a notary near me. LuckyStar was 1 of 3 that came up. I'm so happy that I called. Eliza was very prompt and professional. She had a smile from when she came in till she left. She is very affordable and knowledgeable of her stuff. I would most definitely call her again and refer her to all friends and family.
