We were having trouble with the contractor who did the mitigation and we went in the contract with them for the remodeling. Despite prior agreement, the contractor refused to perform the scope of work as agreed and refused to provide a refund of our deposit despite our request. We have made attempts to communicate with the contractor via email, but unfortunately, our inquiries were ignored.
