A poor experience all around. This lawyer is not transparent about how it bill clients. It is critical to continuously track its work and charges. This lawyer also does not communicate clearly with customers about strategy and updates. In addition, the firm as a whole is sloppy where mismanaging documents is a regular occurrence. It is better to seek a better law firm that is organized, communicative and focused on maximizing time and not maximizing their profits.

I have interviewed 5+ lawyers in San Jose before coming across Mr. Louie. All other lawyers were focused on how to sell me their business instead of giving the reality perspective of the case. For example, other lawyers were telling me how I will be winning the case, versus, where Mr. Louie was being honest of the situation and variables that will be difficult for the case, providing the strategies how to overcome them.
I cannot think of better outcome than what he could have done for me.
If you need his services, I highly recommend at least interviewing Mr. Louie.

Christine Louie and Calvin represented me during a child custody and property case. Although that process is never fun Christine and Calvin were a pleasure to work with; they were always empathetic and understanding of my situation, and I always felt that they had my best interest in mind.
