Last summer my family needed advice on how to best oversee the care of our parents. They both have dementia. We had a phone conference that lasted much longer than the 10 minutes I hoped for as Lora listened to our concerns. She then assured us we were on the right track. She also shared specific guidance on how to navigate some of their needs. She said we did not need an attorney at this point, but that she would be happy to assist us if our needs changed.

I reached out to her again this month with another question regarding the need for more in-depth financial oversight for our parents. This time I emailed her. Again, she replied with the direction we needed. She did not answer my question about how I should pay her for her advice. She just wished us well.
