London and London law firm is a farce! They are merely there to steal your money! They have little interest in helping you. They are quick to claim that the reviews are unimportant and that people are constantly saying bad things about it. The one rating on the reviews are TRUE! When you ask them questions, they bluff to get you off the phone, sometimes dodge your calls, tell you lies after lies, and send a representative that has no knowledge about your case. Though they should have been your attorney, they chose to stand with the court. Believe me, we paid them more than $2500, and they did absolutely nothing to bolster our argument.

We had a weekly payment agreement with them, just yesterday they had a Marshall go to the bank and seize tthe full amount. When contacted they said that multiple letters were sent to our house saying the agreement was in void. Was told we weren't paying. How weren't we paying when an account was setup, card on file and amount agreed upon. Was told we needed to pay online it wasn't direct from account. The only way we could get money back was to claim financial hardship to the court.
Well crooks enjoy the win on your case and the rent money tou took the week before Christmas.

Archaic law firm with terrible management. Do not use. They do nothing for you. A bunch of old people who are technologically challenged. They do not answer phone calls, and do all they can to avoid you.

This firm has been handling legal issues for Me for over ten years Each time my cases have been dismissed or amounts drastically reduced. Recently I needed help with a family member that had gone to jail. they look up the information and tell me what I needed to do and I have hired them to handle this case for me. the people that answer the phones. The warm welcome we received was very comforting. I really enjoyed my visit in the office and look forward to having this case resolved. These are awesome people.

This law firm has the best group of people that has helped me. They are so polite and professional. I just spoke to a young lady named Rai that was so understanding she even asked me how my day was as a old one is so nice to speak with professional young people especially your own kids tends to forget about you. Nominating this Law firm for biggest joke of a life time. Never has enough people to answer phones never calls back with in 24 hours as promised. ON hold with them now as I am leaving this comment and it askes me to leave VM after less tan 2 mins hold. I have called back 20 plus times in the pas hour due to the fact that I know they do not tend to their Voicemails. Our client is under the impression they are purposely avoiding talking to us to be given an excuse to settle below BIF on a collection matter before it goes to court. If they want to prove me wrong they can do their job and answer the phone. I am here until 4:00 PM AND WILL BE CALLING BACK OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER UNTIL SOMONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.

What they do is criminal and should be treated as such. This law firm purchased an old debt that is older than seven years old. They are trying to chase a debt that is illegal within the state of Connecticut to even chase (CGS § 52-576; attachment 1). Furthermore, they've attempted to put this on a credit-report and since has been removed by every agency because of their fraudulent actions. They've gone as far as to "pay" a small "service fee" to the account in attempt to claim I'm still actively paying the debt and acknowledging responsibility of it when no payments have been made. After weeks of no response or reach out they follow-up with sending packages of letters and threats to my address after multiple times of threatening of reporting them for harassments. This place has only become more and more criminal post COVID-19.
