They are the least competent people to go to for anything. The only reason I was able to get anywhere with them was because I had to go to the DMV myself to get my apportioned plates after going back and forth with them for a month. Once I finally got my plates I ended up getting a citation because they couldn't even fill out my paperwork correctly. After going to them in person after this occurred to see if they can help me they had the audacity to lie to me thinking that I didn't have any knowledge of the situation and preceded to deny any fault.

The employees and manager are extremely unprofessional and don't care about their customers after they've collected your money. Save your money and go elsewhere.

What I really like about LOGASA is that they know everything there is to know about managing your trucking company. I definitely recommend them if you are just starting out or need help because they will take care of the things that could be a hassle lol. If you need a company with experience in safety and compliance, this is the one.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!

Long story short, my driver received a citation due this company’s wrong-doing, lack of knowledge, & inability to do their job correctly. I am currently at a different compliance company where they are kind enough to help us fix the issue ANGIE from Logasa created. Staff and management are incapable of acting like adults unless you’re willing to throw $4,500 dollars at them to do what they SHOULD’NT do.

Very good customer service, they get the job done on time and with no problems. The manager Angelica, will try her best to get the best results and help you out. Will keep coming back for their business.

These people will take your money ($4,500 to be exact) & then claim they are not responsible for what you paid them to do. Angie and the manager are the worst and behave like toddlers smirking at each other, terribly weird. Save your money unless you want to spend it on a lawyer later on just saying.
