I got locked out of my running car in the morning, I quickly contacted them left a voicemail and sent a text hoping they would get back to me as I don’t have another key to unlock it. They never responded. Their website says they have 24 hr response. I had to buy a kit to get into the car myself. I thought they would be more responsive considering they are the only locksmith in Craig. Horrible service.

I can't recommend Locksmith of Craig enough. I've unfortunately grown accustomed to being blown-off by service requests the past few years. Randy not only responded, he actually provided same-day service despite several other calls. Very friendly and very proficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
