Debt is not fun, but I promise this company will work with you to find a solution that fits yours needs. I worked with Terrance on my account and I would highly recommend him. I have had so much trouble in the past trying to pay my hospital bills. Every time there are obstacles and difficulties with communication. My debt was sold to Lockhart Morris and Montgomery. Ever since it has been nothing but convenient. Terry was so easy to work with and such a genuine person each and every time I talked to her. I have had a very extensively ongoing problem with one of my bills from my car insurance company after an accident. It’s hard to describe how difficult it has been to get them to address the issues but throughout this all I’ve been working with Michelle Clayton at Lockhart Morris annd Montgomery and she has been spectacular. She does not give up. She does not let go and she makes things happen and she does it all with graciousness, courtesy and clarity. She’s just amazing. So thumbs up for this agency. I would’ve been stuck with a pretty giant bill if it wasn’t for Michelle.

I called to pay a bill today. Heather was swift, efficient, and calm, I'm thankful for her helping me to navigate this process. It was easily resolved.

They will slap an extra $5 dollar fee if you pay by card but won't mention it until AFTER you've already given them your card info, hoping you won't bother to start the process over with an ACH.

I encouraged them to mention that BEFOREHAND, but they won't, because it's intentionally their process not to, to get more money out of you with partners or whatever.

Heather, bless you. The rest of debt collection agencies can kick rocks.

Just got off the phone with Sara, She is amazing. Extremely professional and understanding, looking for ways to assist. I was extremely frustrated as this is something that has been fixed before with a different collector due not the medical provider not properly billing. She broke down the process, took my information and available docs.
