100% unethical and a fraud! This company completely screwed up my funding and Im have to file lawsuit against them. When trying to get the problem resolved for days, they don't respond to voice messages and never answer emails. When you try to call the company they sound like they're operating in a garage. This company is a joke! EXTREMENLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Run away from this company

Cero professional this company is a fraud! Be extremely careful!!! We tried to refinance, they said that everything was already done weeks ago,
now that the hurricane passed, we confirmed that there was no refinancing and they never informed us, in other way we dont know nothing at all!

Loan United was a wonderful experience thanks to our loan officer William B. And processor Jenny S.!! Jenny worked very diligently with us throughout this first time homebuyer experience and did an amazing job. She is truly such an asset to Loan United and you can that tell she loves what she does. It truly was my pleasure working with my amazing loan officer, William Matiz. He has successfully guided me step by step through my first time refinancing process and most importantly, he made this month long process really easy and straightforward. Not only is he knowledgeable in his field but also has an exceptional customer service mindset. One of the best things that I really enjoyed working with him was that he is always prompt to help regardless of the time of day. The way he communicates with his clients is just superb. I have never worked with anyone who replies my emails faster than William. The underwriting department for this company is at best incompetent and at worst straight up fraudulent. We have now missed closing three times because of an underwriter who simply cannot or will not read a document. He has asked for the same document seven times and has yet to actually open said documents. The supervisors and account managers are useless and even admitted that this underwriter has been noted for extremely poor performance. Do NOT use this company. They are only out to expire rate locks so they can jack up the price of the loan.
