We set up our Living Trust with Litherland & Associates at least 20 years ago and have gone in for “life event” updates twice in that time. The lawyers and office staff are all welcoming and easy to work with. They have educational seminars throughout the year that are no cost to clients. And they also host special client appreciation events like an annual ice cream social and family portrait session. The photo session is what brought us in today 11/2024.

I have gone to LKA a couple of times now, once for clarifying my mother's Trust, and secondly about tax laws concerning selling my mother's house. Dedra Jize is the Geriatric Care Manager. Dedra digitized the Trust and sent me a copy, she also had the trust reviewed and noted it was done well. The Trust was done by a different attorney. Dedra consulted with me about options for housing my mother. She did not charge me for either consultation.
