I do not recommend this place simply because of how they communicated with me. The only interaction I had was whenever I had billing questions. Towards the end of my case in court, they didn’t even answer my emails nor did they show up to court to represent me. I rated them low simply because of their customer service interaction.

Wanted to share my experiences with this law firm. but to begin i'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews for phone calls about this firm. It's absolutely NOT TRUE. I have/had two cases with this firm recently and like about 80% of times I call, SOMEONE picks up the phone. Have there been times they don't pickup? SURE like most firms they are very busy and if you call possibly at the wrong time periods they won't answer....obviously.

just wanted to give an appreciation to SUSAN who pickups my calls and answers my questions as she is knowledgeable herself. also as a client, try to show some courtesy and be considerate of the people at this firm because they are HUMAN and super busy. i try to make my calls clear, coherent to the point, and brief so i don't waste my time and theirs as well.

i just finished a case where my mom the landlord was going through an eviction for a nightmare couple tenant who did not pay rent for months and caused noise problems. the case is now finished and the tenant has been evicted through an unlawful detainer. i am at the phase where the tenant left many items (abandoned property) and trying to take care of that issue. but through the whole unlawful detainer process liddle and liddle did a wonderful job. the people on my case were Arleen, Devin, Daniela, and I believe James when I started this case. appreciation to all of them.

I also started on a second case for an eviction situation with them for my mom and it seems to be going smoothly. will find out soon enough but this law firm really helps you understand the processes you have to go through, the fees you have to pay to them.

note: there can also be fees paid to the court through this attorney of which i had no knowledge of but they told me later on this second case.

have the courtesy to have your paperwork all be honest, make sense, lined up for budgets, security deposits, lease agreements, addendums, notices etc so it can help this firm do their job to the best.

overall, this firm is just wonderful. wishing for another successful second case of evicting a non rent paying tenant.

***UPDATE: second case was completed with tenant evicted and leaving.
