Not pleased at all with service. For 350 dollars I would have thought it could have been e filled not sent snail mail and had to make a 70 mile trip back the next day for signature overall unhappy feel like I got ripped off should have just done myself with turbo tax like I always have will never be back thanks for nothing... 1 month later
Received a letter from IRS a month later now they prepared my taxes wrong had to sign more papers and add some documents to send in that liberty had when we filled but they didn't do anything with absolutely biggest regret going with liberty tax wish they would just refund my 350 dollars they charged me for doing nothing

Sam completed our taxes ; he tried telling us that we didn’t qualify for our adoption credit but we clearly do because we adopted . He also checked the wrong box on our taxes that were filed . Jennifer was filling in from wasilla , when I had called to ask why they told my husband that we didn’t qualify and what the hold up was on our taxes. We had to file an amendment and to correct the error that Sam did ; mind you we almost lost over 3,000 back (that’s a major screw up). I called back, because I don’t feel I should have to pay over $500 for someone else to screw up on my taxes if I wanted to screw up I would’ve done them myself . I spoke to the manager “Esther “ Who was extremely rude ! She would cut me off when I was talking and her tone was aggressive . I don’t believe she ever actually contacted her general manager Mike like she said she would because I haven’t received a phone call back I file my taxes February 5 and I still haven’t got them it’s April 5 now it’s been two months . Next year I might as well file my own; thanks liberty you just lost a loyal customer that has been coming to you for over three years .
