Taylor and his assistant were great. They answered all our calls are kept us up-dated as to what was going on. The case lasted 5 months. During all this time, we have no complaints. I suppose you never know what went on behind the scene, but during the course of this event, Taylor was always available to answer questions, etc. During the resolution portion, an unexpected event occurred which required him to skillfully address the judge. He did so and we achieved the expected result. Another attorney commented that it was a very unusual result from the particular judge and I believe he was quite impressed with Taylor.

So I am going to be long winded here but it is so worth it. I have always been extremely skeptical of lawyers because most of them are 100% grade A jerks!! So when I retained Liberty Law's services I was very nervous and unsure about it. Well, I can tell you without any hesitation that it was the best decision I ever made!! I spoke with James and Taylor who were both absolutely amazing!! They really listened to me and addressed my concerns and listened to any thoughts or opinions I had. Don't waste your money, Taylor will not fight for you!

After having already meet Taylor Hartley in court for more than one of my court hearings. At our next court hearing he pulled in another Polynesian man mistaking it for me. I sat in the back of court room thinking "well he must have another client here". Two minutes later walks back in and the other guy sat down. Then he takes me. We discussed my case and returned as I sat I asked the stranger if he was using him as his attorney he said no and mentioned that he started sharing my case with him.

When I confronted Taylor he got defensive and said I was late. How can I be late if I watched it happen. Then told me why didn't I get up to get him? How was I to know you didn't have more than one client. His reaction was as if it was all my fault. He was being more of a defense attorney against me than for me. He makes false promises while representing you, blatantly lied to me.

He uses his calm demeanor, soft voice to seem like he cares. He does not! He will try to convince you that he wrote a book about representing criminal case "sinners advocate". This is all to sell you into spending your money. He was willing to drop me if I didn't have another $20k to spend. I had to hire another attorney because of his inability to properly recognize me in a court room. Don't risk your freedom with this man, he is after your money without giving you proper representation.

Do yourself a favor and hire Nathan Evershed he did more for me in a week then Taylor tried to do in 3 months of hiring him. You will be glad you didn't use him and have the freedom to prove it.

This review has nothing to do with James Lee I found him to be professional and tried his best to fix his partners mistakes.

Also, he will use a previous case that he went to trial and won (rape charge) to try to compel you that he can assure you that you are in good hands. He has tactics to trap you as a client and will make it look like he's doing right by you.

I got charged with disorderly conduct. These attorneys defended me and got my ticket dismissed. There were actually two other cases they helped me with over the years. I highly recommend them if you need a strong defense that will care about you and listen to you.
