Jennifer gave me some help over the phone two times in the past few weeks regarding my legal situation as a tenant. She gave me a few ideas which I so much appreciated without having to come in and pay a huge consulting fee! Thanks Jennifer!

10 out of 5 stars. I called Levini law today (practically a holiday) about a simple matter, and was lucky enough to speak with Jennifer directly. She was insightful, and gave me really helpful advice about how to handle the housing situation I was dealing with. I can see why she has such fantastic ratings, she is not just an Attorney, but a really nice person. If your having a Tenant/ Landlord issue give her a call she is awesome!!. Thanks so much Jennifer!!

Called for some advice and to potentially hire a real estate lawyer. Jennifer answered the phone and was incredibly helpful - ultimately advised me not to spend money hiring her. Imagine that - honest advice. Really appreciated her advise and responsiveness. Thank you!

A Real Estate question came up on a purchase of a home and I needed guidance right then. She answered the phone and talked me through the issue. If I needed further assistance, I would choose to work with Jenifer. She was patient and informed on the subject matter.

My realtor suggested we hire a lawyer to help with a commercial property lease problem. The property owner tried to evict my company and steal the tenant improvements we built. Jenifer Levini notified them that their eviction attempts were violations of state law and our lease. She forced them to allow my realtor to find new tenants who paid for our improvements. The landlord’s attorney backed down as soon as he understood that she was representing me. Because of her work I didn’t lose my investment in the property. She was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

My real estate agent suggested that I hire Jenifer Levini when we found some problems on a preliminary title report. The problem was that title documents were missing and the people who should have signed them have already passed away. I was afraid that it would be impossible to sell my house. Jenifer did a title search and identified the missing documents. She created new affidavits that allowed the heir to sign for the deceased. When the title company was difficult to work with, she jumped in and solved the problems. She even reached out to her colleagues who specialize in estate planning to verify that her document’s wording matched the exact probate code requirements. With just a few days' work, she solved a problem that I feared was insurmountable.

Update: After working with Jenifer for over 6 months, reality showed my initial perception was completely false. She not only cost me $60K in
a completely unnecessary short-term settlement she advising for, but also $30K in paying her for endless, fruitless "research work". She essentially gave up on my case and now I'm looking for a new attorney to clean up her mess:/

Here's a summary of the overall experience;

- Jenifer was very confident when we first met and how "these people clearly committed fraud" and promised "we'd easily win"

- She first had me pay for a litigator she advised he'd be very useful. But as I was paying for him, she commented on how incompetent he was and how hard it is to find a good litigator.

- As we continued to work together (and I kept generously paying her for her time), she suggested I settle with one of the parties so we can get the the other two, actual fraudulent parties in the long term. She had no concerns we'd be getting our money back in multiples.

- As the Department of Real Estate investigation continued into the fraudulent parties, Jenifer's tone started changing from that initial confident and aggressive "I always win" to pessimist, finding questionable excuses "Well, your case seems to be too complicated" one.

- I tried to encourage her and reminded her how confident she was in the beginning multiple times. But she kept finding excuses and stopped responding to me as timely as she used to.

- She recently gave up on her search and asked me to instead search and find an "attorney who can help us in this complicated subject" which I politely declined since I have no experience in law.

- She won't even give me an update on what the Department of Real Estate investigation. So I'm trying to contact them myself.

- And now I'm starting from scratch, looking for an attorney my friends had solid experiences with and hopefully who will clean up this whole mess.

Original post within weeks of finding her on Yelp:

Jennifer is everything you need from an attorney during stressful situations. She is responsive, analytical, articulate and gives you excellent, objective guidance. She is by far the sharpest person I've worked with in a while. I would work with her again and recommend her in a heartbeat!

I’m a first time investor going through my first deal. I just called and spoke with Jenifer and had an amazingly warm interaction with her. She was empathetic to my situation and offered free advice over a 10-15 minute call regarding purchasing a property from a wholesaler. She graciously offered her services, and while now is not the best time for me to accept her offer, I will certainly be looking to be in contact with Jenifer again if circumstances permit. From only a brief call, I can already confidently say Jenifer comes across as professional, experienced, and kind.
