Nick one of the attorneys is in protection mode of his receptionist who was absolutely unprofessional ! Any attorney who believes his receptionist over a potential client is not a good attorney. Obviously this office wears Versace suits with Walmart shoes.

Excellent. Interpersonal. Professional.
Lean on these guys, tell them everything, listen to them, ask them questions, and be prepared to be amazed as you watch them do their job. As a recent client, I remember having doubts about myself. Nick, Sean and Jenna (my team) took the time to provide me with support and direction to get through the legal process to the best of my abilities. Without them, I would have been an anxious mess. They quickly establish rapport, and I was able to trust them as they guided me through the whole process. I would like you (reader of this review), to take note that Nick put my mental health first above all else and fought for me. I don't know many law firms that can prove their priority is truly the client first, instead of the case that represents the client.

We retained Andrew Swan to resolve a nasty dispute. He got the dispute resolved quickly and efficiently. He was objective when he gave us advice but aggressive when dealing with the other side. Andrew saw the right moves to take throughout the process. He reminded me of a good chess player that way. We especially appreciated how honest he was when advising us about the best approach. If you want a warm and fuzzy therapist, hire someone else. If you want the best attorney, hire Andrew.

This is the first negative review I've ever publicly written. I'm writing it because I feel so strongly about the negative experience we had with Andrew Swan. Whether by phone or by email, when Andrew would respond, it was always in a condescending manner, and each time he would quote something we had asked him, as if what we'd asked was something ridiculous. Without fail, we had to reach out to him each and every time for an update, after specifically requesting he update us on a regular basis. On the very few occasions we would request to speak with him on the phone so we could get some actual guidance and some questions answered, he was arrogant and vague. We never could figure out who's side he was on. Our case was very straightforward; it never should have come to the point of us having to hire an attorney. It was a dispute with my husband's previous employer who was refusing to honor an earned bonus. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we chose the legal route. My suggestion is if you have an issue with a corporate entity, go to an attorney in Denver. When our case was settled, Andrew merely forwarded a signed document from the opposing side, and a short, "Please see attached," then a few minutes later, our final bill. No "Thank you for your business," no "Glad this was finally settled," nothing. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a phone call. If you're looking for someone who's actually willing to support, explain, and guide you through a process, Andrew Swan is not your guy.

Michael Kuhn turned a frivolous case that had haunted us for 8 months around in a matter of hours.
