I was referred to Ben in 2020 after I took it upon myself to file an industrial injury/workers compensation claim. The claim was initially denied, as is the case in the majority of claims filed, and a court date was set. It was then I called Bens office and he was able to successfully obtain a rather generous award after a short period of time.
