Shipped a package in November in which I paid extra(insurance) to ship a valuable item, and it was damaged in transit by UPS. I called numerous times to league city shipping and business center and even went in person, and they told me they were working on my claim. Fast forward 2 months later, still without the claim completed, they never actually called UPS nor did they actually do the claim on my behalf. They did NOT submit any photos or documents of my damaged package to UPS. They have zero knowledge of what to do with insurance claims or how to handle them.

The staff are helpful and the store has a neighborly atmosphere. All my regular mail locations are in the computer which saves time. I also fax and make copies here frequently.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I WOULD NOT TO BUSINESS HERE. THE OWNERS SON THINKS HE CAN SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS ANY WAY HE WANTS. IF YOU DONT LIKE HIS ATTITUDE, HE WILL TELL YOU TO GET OUT AND NEVER COME BACK. THE YOUNG MAN NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!

I went in this establishment today to fax some papers due to my father passing away. I was greeted by a gentleman that said his Dad owned the store (family business). He had a piss poor attitude. He said his dog had died. Then he proceeded to talk to me in a nasty tone. I told him that he did not need to have that kind of attitude towards customers. He started yelling get out. He then refused to fax the death certificate and other documents.
