Marcia is a phenomenal multitasker, she can assist 50 customers at once I swear.

A wonderful place for print, notary, and mailing services. Doing legal paperwork here is met with detailed attention that makes sure things are marked in all the right spots!

I found out they also do shirt making and offer other services.

They simply don't understand all of the shipping options for UPS and FedEx. Hard to believe, since shipping is their speciality!

I stopped in recently to alert Le Ambiance about a package that I had dropped off to them for UPS pick-up which had been severely damaged in transit. I was looking for some guidance about how to file a claim. The clerk implied that perhaps I had improperly packaged the item. She was not unhelpful.

To top off my frustration, when I told her that UPS and FedEx will utilize the US Post Office to assist them with deliveries via UPS SurePost and FedEx SmartPost, she adamantly told me that is not true (uh, yeah.... it is). She almost became argumentative, insisting that "UPS and FedEx would NEVER give packages to the P.O. because they're a separate entity!"

This is simply NOT TRUE, and she had no idea about these types of delivery options - do a little research on SmartPost and SurePost and you'll see that I know what I'm talking about. I told her that I was "well aware" that the PO is not UPS or FedEx!

I wished her a "good day" and left feeling very disappointed.

One of the sweetest business owners I’ve ever met! Always happy, singing, friendly and there to help with anything you need! Every customer is special and she’s personal. Takes the time to make you feel like you’re the only customer she has! Every thing there for shipping, receiving, and even cheaper propane tanks than average!!
