I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Gutierrez for all her help with me obtaining my TWIC card. As a parolee/entry level commercial diver, it is difficult for a person with my record obtain this type of security clearance.
It is essential for me to have this clearance, so that I can work on/under seaports, and ships.
My first application attempt for my TWIC card was denied. That's when I sought help from Ms. Gutierrez. Ms. Gutierrez met with me at U.S. vets, where she organized, and put my TWIC appeal packet together. She also paid for my second application, and walked into the TWIC office with me.
On my second application attempt for my TWIC card, with the help, and guidance of Ms. Gutierrez my TWIC card was granted on 12/17/2024.
