As every other review this company continues to charge after cancellation of the free trial. I have to now instigate a chargeback with my CC company against them. Don’t bother with the support it’s non existent. -5 stars. Do not sign up for a free trial go elsewhere.

I've canceled twice and they continue to bill me. Worst “free trial” EVER! If I could give negative stars or zero I would.

Signed up for the 7 day free trial subscription, and attempted to cancel before the 7 days were up. Unbeknownst to me, the cancellation didnt go through and I was charged on the 8th day for a months subscription. I called and emailed to try and receive a refund, and was unsuccessful. Very poor customer service, as they were unwilling to hear me out or understand my situation. I would highly suggest finding another company to use if services are needed. My biggest fault in all of this was not yielding to the poor ratings they already have. They claimed they sent me an email regarding the subscription about to start after the 7 days was up, and that was a lie, I received nothing.

Terrible service. They couldn't create a simple Quit Claim Deed in another state. The document I received was generic and not usable. When I explained all the problems with the document and asked for a refund they basically said "you got what you paid for, no refund." I used another service and received a perfect legal document. I will never use this service again.

A lot of free trials are a pain to cancel but these folks are the worst. Their website is down, so can't do it online, and when I called them, it just goes straight to vm....absolutely terrible

The notary agent was completely rude. She asked for changes on a document and I asked if I do it with her online or sign up again. She said, I just told you what changes to make. I said ok and she hung up. Very unprofessional.

I have used this site many times. I paid $50 to be able to amend my trust I put together myself. So easy to navigate this site. It takes a few minutes if you are not digital savvy but once you realize how easy it is you should be able to have a full on estate planning package within an hour or so. Depending on your assets. Don’t pay lawyers $1500-3000 to do this for you!

I wish i can give 0 instead of one. They are hungry to charge everybody. Stupid customer service reps. No customer service at all, because they don't treat us as customers. They are liars trying to charge unlimited.

Maybe the website is good but because of this charging manner we are not going to use this website again.

That is why they don't have YElP. There is no
Point to pay for the yelp account for bad review.

YOU WILL NEVER DIGEST OUR MONEY. NEVER.
