My wife and I recently met with Tyler to do an estate plan. He met with us on a Sunday to accommodate for our busy schedules. His office is comfortable and had fresh complementary coffee. Tyler walked us through the process step by step, confidently answering any questions we had (we had many). Following the meeting, Tyler gave us further instructions as to where to go from here (meeting with a bank representative, etc). We have since called Tyler a few times with additional questions in which he has either answered them immediately or gotten back to us in a timely manner.
