I will describe this lawyer’s job as unprofessional and untruthful. She is absolutely unqualified for work as an immigration lawyer, be aware!Her unprofessional activity led to a situation, when we had to leave the country. Our story in the details: she was hired as a lawyer by company X. As a part of her job, she had to file our PERM application and Green Card application. As a first step, she had to put an advertisement on the USA job market, she forgot to do so, we lost 6 months. The whole process of communication with her was very poor: never at her office, not available by phone or email, constant lie about the terms&the dates. It turned out, while filing our PERM form, she had done a few crucial mistakes (instead of the year she put a number of years and etc.). Our application was rejected, obviously. Company X terminated a contract with her firm, because of her unprofessional behavior (not answering the emails&phone calls, all the mistakes). Since it was 6th year of H1b visa, we didn’t have any choice and had to leave. Our life was destroyed: we lost time and money, we lost about 2 years of our GC process in total. Please, don’t take this risk and look for another lawyer.
