Typical single father here, I retained Michelle to come in on a family court case for me at almost the last possible second due to a scheduling conflict with my previous attorney. Michelle sat down with me, went over all the details the case, and without a hint of doubt assured me that we'd get the results I wanted with less than a month to prepare. I contacted Michele about a case in regards to my daughter being bit by a dog. The communication was awesome at first. We met with her. She told me to send her paper work. I did. I called an left message saying I put in mail slot. I gave it time because I know these things take time. After a month or so I called left a message, and i emailed. I waited again. No reply. My daughter asked whats going on with the case, i told her i didnt know as no one has responeded back. I tried again. No reply. I called and emailed and even said hey if you don't think this is a case please just let me know something, I've called and emailed several times, with no reply. I don't know what happened. Before this I've sent people her way and she did great for them. Just don't know what happened with my daughter's case.

I contacted this office on or about October 10, 2022 regarding a speeding ticket. The day I spoke with Janet (Michelle’s Assistant) I paid $150.00 via phone. Two days later I determined that I wouldn’t need representation and called speaking with Janet, who said I would be refunded my $150.00. It is now 11/26/22 and I’ve still not received my refund after calling and speaking with Janet several times. I’ve been told that Michelle is the only one that can issue this refund (some type of check) and my file is on her desk. I point blank asked Janet, the last time I spoke with her, if Michelle had changed her mind deciding not to refund my $150.00 to which she said no, that was not the case. I’ve recently sent Michelle an e-mail, to which I haven’t received a response as of yet. If this is the type of communication or lack there of that Michelle provides, I’m most certainly pleased that I did not require her services. As for my $150.00 at this point I suspect that I will not be receiving a refund for services that I did not receive.
