He answered all our questions, answered every call and email he explained everything step by step and he actually got it done in less then 3 months. I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Michael Finley on a legal matter regarding visitation rights and child support with my daughter. Initially, I was hopeful as he appeared attentive during our initial interview. However, once he received the retainer fee, the level of service plummeted drastically.

Communication was virtually nonexistent after the initial meeting. I found myself unable to reach him when I had questions or concerns about my case. This lack of responsiveness resulted in a missed court date, which had serious consequences for my case.

Furthermore, Michael Finley failed to advise me adequately about potential legal ramifications, such as the possibility of being held responsible for the opposing party's attorney fees. I was blindsided by unexpected fees and expenses that were not disclosed upfront.

What's most egregious is that Michael Finley violated our agreement regarding the retainer fee. We had agreed that he would notify me if the retainer was about to run out, so I could make an informed decision about continuing his services. However, I was shocked to receive a bill for $15,000, far exceeding what we had initially discussed. The agreement that he had written had been worded to favor his interest. He took advantage of my lack of legalese.

Overall, my experience with Michael Finley was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I felt misled, ignored, and taken advantage of. I would strongly advise anyone considering his services to proceed with caution and ensure that all agreements are documented in writing.

While I cannot recommend Michael Finley based on my experience, I must emphasize that my intention is not to threaten or defame him in any way. Rather, I hope that my feedback serves as a cautionary tale for others and encourages Michael Finley to reconsider his practices and prioritize the needs of his clients in the future.

Our family has been waiting on ANY type of communication from Mike Findley who is handling our Mother's Probate Estate. It has been many months with NO response. We have finished everything we need to do, we just needed him to submit to the courts. At this point, we will be forced to file a formal complaint. It is extremely disappointing, and unprofessional. We only went with him because our eldest brother recommended him, and he has since passed as well. Do not choose this "law office"!

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with family and friends that used this attorney. STAY AWAY!! He only cares about the money! He does not return any calls, he does not follow through and is RUDE!! I come from a long family history of attorneys, judges, etc. and they would never behave this way. Save your money and find you an attorney that actually cares abuot you and your sitution.

FUNNY HOW HE REPLIES 9 MONTHS LATER, WHAT A JOKE! BE AWARE. HE DOESNT EVEN KNOW HIS OWN CLIENTS. This has to be the rudest lawyer we have ever encountered. Very childish and yells at his clients as if we owe him something after we paid for his services. Been in court 6 months with this attorney and has been no help or resolve in our case. Stay clear . Would never recommend to others. He likes to throw his experience in your face but not prove it.

SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES HIM TO RELY, BE WARNED. NEVER WERE WE WINNING IN COURT, WE HAD TO PAY ANOTHER ATTORNEY TO ACCOMPLISH IN 2 MONTHS WHAT HE COULDNT DO. STAY AWAY. Worst attorney out there. If I could give zero stars I would. Waste of money. Never prepared. Never follows up. We prepared our case ourself. He never reached out to us before court. We had to tell him what to say in court, never utilized any witnesses. VERY unprofessional!! If he doesn’t like what you say he raises his voice at you as a client who pays him. Without us as clients he wouldn’t have a job! Never should you ever speak to a client in the manner he did. Then would hang up like a child.
