it's been said (anonymously) that there ARE mediocre lawyers and then one comes along and instantaneously raises the bar (pun intended). Mark E. Korn is a Generalist Attorney in Maryland. I can personally attest to his professionalism, and expertise with the Law. He is client centric and regards his clients needs as paramount. He gets things done. I highly recommend his services 110%. My brother is having a serious job problem where he was wrongfully accused of messing with a car he never worked on, and so we are trying to sue the MAN accusing him, not the company, my brother has adhd, ocd, and autism so it’s hard for him to get to the point of things quickly, this man did not let him get to any point, rushing questions, not letting him answer questions fully and assumed we were suing the company when we only wanted to sue the MAN that caused emotional distress to my brother.( He did not let him say this btw) I heard everything on speaker phone and i decided to take control of the phone call and let him know respectfully that we were going to discuss our options and call him again or not because we won’t, and he responded with “Okay well if you call another lawyer they will tell you the same thing or not but you should call a lot of lawyers.” Obviously not word for word but pretty much on the dot. When we started the call my brother asked him a question and he sounded so rude and done with the phone call before we started a conversation. I would not recommend this man because obviously he has not patience for any one specially with people with disabilities. He will most likely try to deny this like the first 1 star comment so I will state my brothers name which is Zaid and he did not share his last name because we didn’t even get that far.

Do NOT use him. What a worthless lawyer!! No communication, condescending, unprepared, unprofessional, unorganized ...the list goes on. I can not express how horrible he is. He brags about his family history and experience with workers comp, but he is useless. If you call if for questions, he beats around the bush and says not to worry. He is NOT clear with anything. If you speak to his assistant the information does not get passed along. There is a BIG difference if you settle with the insurance vs you going to court. By the way, you don't know that till it is already done and to late. Why - because he won't tell you. Then won't answer your calls when he knows your pissed. He thinks he's a hot shot, and unfortunately that stands in his way of being competent. He will tell you - "he loves you like a brother, but your a real pain in the ass". Sorry, if being a pain in the ass means asking questions to make sure you are making the correct decision then forgive me for bother you. It's a shame if anyone hires him!
