The Law Offices of Marc Wasserman, particularly through their representative Kim Williams, seems to support AAA Credit Service Collection Agency and A&A Towing in an unethical debt collection process. Instead of professionally handling requests for information, Kim Williams questioned my right to represent my sister (even though consumers can choose any authorized representative, not necessarily an attorney). This tactic appeared intended to intimidate and deter us from gathering necessary information.

I've been getting harassed by this Marc D. Wasserman, the AAA credit services, and the towing company for the past 6 months on a car that has never been in my name. It "racked up" costs while staying at the towing company lot and wanted me to pay for this mess.

I ended up calling DMV investigation and had them verify the information and there was no transaction in the system that connected my name to the vehicle. At that moment, I knew it was a scam and didn't bother with the late payment statement AND the threatening note.

Then I just received this letter from Wasserman offices and it seems like I wasn't the only person they were targeting from their reviews. I hope people read my review and figure out that this is a SCAM. And I will report then to higher authorities because they are bullying the weak and manipulate people who are just trying to make an honest living.

These people are scammers beware, "representing" these corrupted collection companies who buy liens off of towing companies and try to collect payment from whoever shows is the registered owner of the vehicle at the time, they don't even do research or get their facts straight, just try to take advantage of people that will let them. That's why they don't even put their real contact information on their fake letters. Stop pretending you are a legit lawyer you lowlifes.

DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!
These people have been harassing us for about 7 months now. They try to get us to pay towing and storage on a car we sold before any of that took place. We sent the release to DMV which was dated prior to any of their tows and storage. They know this and they try to scam us anyway. STRAIGHT UP SNAKES AND ARE VERY RUDE AND HONESTLY IMO< DUMB AS A BOX OF ROCKS! SCAMMERS OVER HERE!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! trying to scare me to have me paid them for a vehicle I sold over a year ago. I have proof but the lady keeps trying to scare me. it all BS. I asked my Brother in law who is an attorney and also my cousin who is an active PD and both told me its all a SCAM!!! Don't fall for it!!! super rude firm no respect !!! ZERO STARS !!!!

I received a letter today from this “law office” stating that I owe for a debt on a vehicle that I released liability for in 2018. I have confirmed with the dmv multiple times that I did in fact release liability. Unfortunately I have to wait for the official document to provide to this office. However when I called they would not let me get a word in and kept telling me that I was wrong and that the DMV was wrong. I’d also like to point out that the comment that says “best attorney ever” is from Marc, or his brother, himself. ‍♀️ Very legit.

INCREDIBLY rude. Especially Kim. Coming after me for $3k even after PROVING that it has nothing to do with me. Trying to settle something with them for a car that is supposedly in my name even though I have proof from DMV that it is not! She kept talking over me, wouldn't listen to me, kept hanging up on me and yelling me. There's absolutely no way of reasoning with such BS!

Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism with handling legal matters. After being an avid viewer of the snapchat story and instagram page for years now, once I bring up a case I want to be represented for, they require a $1000 consultation fee. Although the messages and "script" caters to people of all income levels, the services provided by 'pot brothers at law' are only designed to offer benefits and services to the wealthy. Very unfortunate, as I believe this representation is what is needed in my current situation. I will continue to spread this message, as I believe this information is not very publicly known. Being an avid fan of "the guys", and a firm believer in the script, I expected more leniency when it came to representation. Most criminal defense attorneys dont charge a consultation, and absolutely nothing of that price magnitude. Thank you for the message, but your representation is highly 'mis-publicized' and should cater to all levels of income, especially if you are advertising to people who are most likely on the lower end of the financial spectrum. After dealing with Marc Wasserman personally I only give the services and communication professionalism a 2-4 out of 10 stars. Be aware of who you are talking to.
