I could not have hoped for a better divorce meditation process. Kelly possesses the perfect balance of skill, experience, responsiveness and understanding. She remained professional and non-biased even when we were coming to agreements and compromises on the more challenging aspects of our divorce. Kelly made this very difficult process as easy as it could possibly be. Attorney Bodie has represented me since 2012 and continues to do so with ongoing court issues. I have the outmost respect for Kelly and confidence she does her job to the best of her ability. She has not disappointed me, and she continues to do a great job in representing me to date (Sep. 2018). Kelly has the ability to listen and mediate the situation in court where both sides can agree. I have never felt so relax when she represents me, which is one of the reasons why I keep going back to her.

In my opinion she is not only a great attorney but a great friend. Kelly is someone you can talk to about issues arising and feel completely comfortable while doing so. My only regret is that I didn’t find Kelly on time to represent me back in 2010 when my divorce was final in which I felt I wasn’t represented all that well and I got the bitter end of the stick. Agreement gave the father of my child far too many rights even though I have him 90% of the time. The agreement was written as if it was 50/50 shared custody. Dealing with the repercussions now of a mostly uninvolved father who pretends to know my child better than I do, and uses the agreement to push us around. Will likely end up back in court with a new lawyer to try to protect myself and my kid from a narcissist.
