If you have a lemon, I highly recommend Law Offices of Isaac Kohen. Isaac was realistic, patient, and made me feel comfortable with handling my lemon law case. Isaac was not kidding about going beyond and making sure I get all my money back, because by the end of the case I received a full buy back of my vehicle. When first talking to Isaac he explained that for the process can take anywhere from 6-12 months, because the process of things. My case took about 9/10 months, but I could not be anymore happy with how smoothly the process ended and getting a full buy back. Great communication, cares for your safety, and would again recommend Law Offices of Isaac Kohen.

I can't say enough good things about Isaac Kohen. I found him on a Google search not knowing that he is one of the most well-respected and best lemon law lawyers in Los Angeles.
He is not only an expert in his field, but he is a true professional and sincerely cared about my case. I came to him with a relatively new car that kept breaking down repeatedly in ways it never should have.
Lemon law cases don't happen overnight however, it was worth the wait because Isaac won me a substantial settlement. Mine was not an easy case either.
Another thing I appreciate about Isaac is that he is very approachable, down to earth and relatively easy to get ahold of. He is an attorney that actually answers his phone! If he is unable to, he texts you rather expediently. He also took the time to help me understand what was going on and answer any question I had. Isaac was truly a joy to work with!

Isaac is by far the best lawyer I have ever worked with. Unfortunately I purchased two Chevy vehicles that ended up being lemons. The first case back in 2015 was a success. On my 2018 case Isaac was able to get us more than I was expecting. Chevy unfortunately took a little long to release the check and my husband was feeling uneasy however Isaac was always responsive always made us feel like he was doing the best to get us the check as soon as possible. He went out of his way to always answer our calls and always reply to our text messages. He will always make you feel like family there is no one better out there that you can trust with your case he will always fight hard for you.

Had problems with a used 2014 Mercedes that I purchased at a Mercedes dealership. I tried to settle the case directly with Mercedes, however Mercedes never responded to my claim, emails or phone calls I tried making regarding my complaints even tho I paid extra for warranty.
