Wildly INCOMPETENT. The staff is clueless. Their "consultation" is with basically a secretary who asks questions from a list they've been given... no idea why they're asking - other than "cause the lawyers told me to ask it"... Yet they're doing the "free consultation" on your case They lawyers are rude... you ask about a conflict check which should be standard practice and they get pissy and hang up on you. They thiink every case is a cookie cutter situation and you can just go thru a check list and tick the boxes. If you dont; "tick the boxes" then you arent a fit.... yet they never bother to actually speak with you, like a human and find out the details of your situation... Similar to surgeons, lawyers think theyre "gods" with omnipotent powers. They dont need to waste time you the little people. you know the ones that pay them. And lastly this is all if you can even get thru to them - You call and call and no one picks up ever. Maybe you get a call back weeks later. There are so many lawyers out there but there is such a shortage of competent ones or competent firms. They dropped the Stark and just go by Friedman and Chapman now. Seems like they dont actually handle cases anymore. Sad day when the Lawyers who are supposed to help people turn out to be a scam.

I submitted a potential case to them, and however they did not take the case, they at least responded back, took information, had a caring responsive team member review and gave a referral out. I would say the intake phase seemed pretty professional, and I got a caring vibe from her.The only downfall was took a few days to get back to me, after submitting the evidence, but not too long, maybe a week. I would say I got a good feeling about them overall, if they keep intake specialists with this caring feeling approach.

Very disappointing results of my case that still hasnt paid me I am disrespected daily very unpleasant and unprofessional conduct towards me as a client they have very childish people speak to you about your ongoing case or settlement payoff as a Christian sweet professional woman my day and words to them have been toyed Valerie my old correspondent I asked her how her day was she said she was well I said I'm Blessed and well she said your sick and unwell I was omg no I'm Blessed and Well why would you say such a thing ? Scarlett laughed when I said she was unprofessional and immature because she said I was raising my voice when standing up for myself without getting loud by no means from poor treatment why would why I yell or raise my voice at a public Dunkin Donuts!!! where College kids go that I spend my money everyday on a private call with my lawyer's correspondent No I would not. And another situation happened with someone else that stated themselves as a receptionist or correspondent on a three way call last week with my daughter it never stops it's like Ms. Martin we work this way deal with it because your supposed to just because your waiting for payment this is wrong Please speak with your employees I never want them to think this is OK and continue to represent your brand or me in this manner
