Unfortunately I have had the worst experience of my life. My husbands case has been running almost 7 yrs. She uses new paralegals that don’t know what they are doing. We had to go physically to her multiple times just to update our case and tell the aids what to do! We called 10 x for them to load the papers! 10 x and we went to our final interview and nope they didn’t load it. My husband is abroad I’m living like a single mother with house and cars and private schools to pay with my small income. I might have to literally sell all my stuff and move… they ruined us literally. On simple, simple tasked they simply forget to do. I’m outside the embassy again 4 yrs waiting with kids to be told again your lawyer messes up again…

I am a current client that is very unhappy with the whole office. I’ve been trying to a paralegal, an attorney, someone to tell me about an update. Front desk is always saying there’s a new employees or none working. This is absurd. I’ve been trying to get a simple phone call since September. I’ve been leaving messages and emails back to back. Super unprofessional. Very unorganized. Prior paralegal said everything was ready and never heard back later on I found out she was no longer with the firm. I was referred to this firm by a happy client but I really find it hard to believe that. I even emailed Elsa herself and no replied back. This is a slap in the face. This the firm laughing at clients face. This is a firm that doesn’t care about her clients. So sad.

Elsa Martinez had promised me to personally work hard on my case & said we would involve the media if needed but all she did was have a paralegal send out a small paragraph that had little support for my case, this resulted in a permanent ban from receiving a visa. I could have done better myself! I agreed to have her work on my case not some rookie. In addition, I never received the years of accumulated documents back and she gave me a CD with my files scanned into it. I never gave consent to have my hard files discarded nor was I ever made aware I wouldn’t be receiving them back.

Our experience with the staff was good. Monica helped us for majority of our case. She is very detailed and organized. We felt like we were in very good hands. There are some improvements though, it can get a little challenging to get through to who you want to talk to when you call their office. They put you on hold for a really long time. But overall we were satisfied with the service. It is very convenient they have two locations, one in Santa Ana and the other in Los Angeles, covers both LA and OC county.
