I recently closed a real estate transaction with Atty Brown's office. I work mostly with the para-legal (Danielle). It was a a great experience. Have used Attorney Brown on four seperate occasions. Twice for residential and twice for commercial. He really knows real estate law which is important as it has gotten more complicated and specialized and you don't want a general practioner as they aren't going to all the continuing education. Super informative on tax implications of real estate also. You won't be disappointed.
