I reached out to Mr Casey after my landlord refused to fix a roof leak from 2020-2023. He explained that what my landlord was doing wasn’t legal, but also that he doesn’t represent tenants and wasn’t interested in my case. I went on to call another 20-30 landlord/tenant lawyers who gave me same response…they will never represent a tenant
A few weeks later I was at Palm Springs Courthouse and Mr Casey was representing a tenant; “two Asian ladies who were running a business out of their house with different men coming at all hours” against a landlord who wanted it gone
Mr Casey absolutely owned that landlord in court and the ladies got to continue running their suspected brothel. Ultimately I was confused after I saw Mr Casey representing these two ladies who were tenants. Mr Casey is a phenomenal lawyer but the experience reminded me that lawyers are scum

Oh wow, Mr. Munn is so knowledgeable about tenant evictions. He has done thousands of cases. He's consulted me on my potential case and was very thoughtful with his time. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain the process. My hope is that I do not need to follow through with eviction, but if it comes down to the wire, he's the guy I'm calling!

Highly recommend Ford Munn! He helped me with removing my tenants when I was losing hope.
He was very patient with my “dumb” questions and will listen and answer any and all your questions. Very soothing voice and very, very knowledgeable, responsive with very reasonable rates.

get everything in writing up front. if he magnanimously offers a continuance, make sure you know what his fee will be. his habit in court is to charge defendant exorbitant fees on any settlement, much greater than his actual fee to client. those exorbitant fees end up on defendant credit report. even though ford paid by his clients.

It says on the website that it’s a law office. But then when you call , the receptionist ask who do you want to speak to you then when you explain you’re looking for an attorney she states go on the Internet . So are they a law office or not? Only posting this to save people looking for an Attroney time.
