If you want to be on the losers list hire this lady she doesn’t return phones calls until day before court….she doesn’t answer emails this is the laziest lady…AKA attorney I have encountered in my 62yrs on this earth….shes had this case 23yrs and im still waiting she has no passion for the job and deffinatly not the client after 23yrs she told me to find another attorney because i refuse to except a small settlement offered to me, I am under a doctors care right now for these injurys I’m useing medical and paying $40.00 copay $100.00 transportation every month of doctor appt’s out of pocket she has not even attempting to get my out of pocket money back. She refuses to inform apposing attorneys or make any demans for them to pay…She makes me feel like she donot work for me but work for the ppl I’m supposedly have this case against…I feel so helpless she will not talk to me nor will she answers my emails, I call the company for help one day and they said they can’t talk to me because I have an attorney… At this point I don’t kno what to do…So yes go ahead and hire her….Its not a matter of if, but a matter of the fact, she WILL Drop the ball on you and treat you like you don’t exist…

I love Carmen but her staff really don't match her experience. Terrible service. One of the receptionist hangs out the phone on me because I persist in her giving me a solution to my requested about a follow accident that I had after the first accident.

This attorney did nothing for my case. One of her staff was rude upon meeting him and the attorney expects me to be ok with that. I told her and a few staff members I did not want this rude paralegal to work on my case. Now I have a court ordered deposition and no representation because of their inability to pay attention to small details...looking for another attorney now and my deposition is a week away... Wish I trusted my gut.
