I was very stressed with a homeowners insurance claim and my ex-husband saw a commercial for Blake Maislin and Associates and told me to call so I did and Cory Thompson took my case. I did not know how low their offer really was until I began to work with Cory. He got me more than 5 times what the insurance company tried to get me to take but that is just the beginning. I have severe anxiety issues. Cory understood my anxiety and he held my hand through the whole process ( he talked me off the ledge a couple times) He is truly a great lawyer and a true gentleman. I felt like I was truly working with a friend who cared about me and my well being. I know lawsuits can seem scary but if you feel like you are not being treated fairly call Blake Maislin and Associates and ask for Cory Thompson. That man will fight for you and go above and beyond to make sure you are treated fairly and with dignity and respect

After my accident saw an add for an attorney on TV and I called them, to my dismay. They were out of town, a very large firm and I found it difficult to speak to the attorney handling my case. They claimed to have sent me letters that I didn't receive. Finally we parted ways and I called Blake Maislin and Associates, a local firm, Jon Clemons was my attorney. He handled my case very affectively and efficiently. I am forever grateful for their expertise. I you have a problem, I'd suggest you giving them a call.

This is the worst attorneys i have ever dealt with. Amanda Price was our lawyer both me and my husband were in a rear ended car accident my husband was hurt more then me and had to go through physical therapy due to the accident. She told us lies after lies about our case and she never tried to help us. I would never recommend her to anyone. She would also say 1 thing about how much money we were to get but then lie and turn around and say a lower amount. She balled faced lied to our faces about medical payments to us saying that she don't get none of it and then when it was time to get that money she took half.

I would highly recommend Blake Maislin. Blake and his Associates worked hard on my insurance claim , for roof repairs. The insurance company was not wanting to pay for total damages caused by leaking roof. Blake was able to get our claim settled and taken care of. Blake and his Associates truly care about the client. If you need an attorney who truly cares about his clients. Blake is the attorney to call. Thank you ,Blake and Heather for you hard work!

Don't ever use Blake Maislin attorney law. I've been having a case going with them for 3yrs now. And I have to continue to call Stephanie Collins to see how my case is going. We reached a settlement . And this settlement was settled in October and I still haven't received my settlement. I was told it took 1to 2 weeks to receive my payment. And that's past. And I reached out to her again and then I was told it can take longer and there's nothing else she can do to push my case forward. I thought she was the lawyer not the insurance company. 🤔 Bad management
