My ex-husband and I met with Steve Swift initially in 2011 to discuss bankruptcy needs. A divorce occurred first (which I would never suggest - but the only avenue I could take) and then the bankruptcy was filed in 2014 completed a full two years later. KNOWLEDGEABLE, COMPASSIONATE, PROMPT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was referred to the firm by a friend who had filed. I was can honostly say that I was very impressed. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the warm receptionist, I believe her name was Patty? Then I spoke with Valarie. She has the most upbeat personality and was a joy to work with. She offered me beverages and made me feel really comfortable. Valarie is very knowledgeable and has no problem answering as many questions you might have. Once I turned in my paperwork I was scheduled an appointment with Mr. Swift the next day. My impression of Stephen Swift What a great guy!! He found something we had in common and the conversation took off from there. We reviewed my paperwork and right away got me a court date. That was it. Almost exactly 24hrs from me turning in my paperwork to him reviewing the info I got my court date. He also gave me a great book to help me get back on my feet. I am so glad I went to this firm and I would refer them to friends, family and strangers.
