I highly recommend Pardeep Bains for legal representation. I thought I had all of my ducks in a row until I hired Pardeep, he straightened my numbers and paperwork out to the “T”. The confidence and knowledge he has in and out of the court room far exceeds my expectations.

While Mr. Bains was able to successfully assist me with filing my response with the court, I feel his delivery of some of the advice he gave me was a bit on the condescending side. For example, I raised a question regarding the court fees associated with me filing my response. He responded in a way that came off as though he was trying to coach me on how to approach and interact with the court clerks; as if I previously gave off the impression that I may not know how to speak to people. I’ve worked in customer service since I was 16. I’m 31 now, and more than proficient at developing rapport with people and interacting with others in a professional setting. While I appreciate the warning, I feel it was off base, unnecessary, and in no way related to the original question that was asked of him.

All in all, his assistance helped me beat the case that was wrongfully brought against me. He has my many thanks for that.

I had a tricky Court case that was difficult to find any lawyer willing to take my call or illicit help. I reached out to Attorney Pardeep Bains from a list given through my employer. Attorney Bains not only gave empathy for my situation but also spoke and gave information that wasn’t filled with false hope and and unrealistic outcome. Needless to say not only did we do better that what we believed, but we paved the way for further processes.
