Thanks to Osvaldo and Josie for helping me with my son's felony case. Josie was very straight forward with all the questions I had. He agreed to represent me, but he joined with an opposing attorney at trial and worked against me. I am not a lawyer, but I studied law. I collected and handed him all the evidence to win the case, but he didn't want to present any evidence at trial. Texas is a community property state, and the property division can be done at 50:50. Because he likes to please the judge and opposition attorney, I came out of the courtroom bare-handed. They kicked me out of my home without any share.

Mr. Morales helped my dad with his case. When we went to the first appointment he looked directly to my dad, asking him if he was ok and that he actually wanted to go through the process. Making sure it was his decision. I felt at ease and appreciated that. It was a longer process than we had hoped but Mr. Morales and his team made sure our interests were being protected. Especially Josie. She is a great asset to the team. When the other sides' firm would make claims or crazy statements when it came to getting mediation setup or info, she put them in their place with the truth of the situation. Thank you Josie. It was an exhausting process but one that needed to be done and I am appreciative of the firms help.

My husband Ricardo Almaraz is trying to get a hold of Mr Osvaldo Morales. I work with attorneys at county Jail and this is just unprofessional I haven’t got into this situation since I’m really patient but we had enough, I spoke to my attorney already to resolve this situation in a civil way and 1st step is a USPS certified mail since we don’t have any responds from text messages or calls we also called the office as well. We don’t care what is your relationship with Dalia De Luna but this is amateurish. I look forward to resolving this matter amicably and I am amenable to discussing mediation.

So far I've had a great experience with Mr. Morales and his staff. Dahlia is very kind and sweet. Mr.Castillo is a guy that gets the answers to you questions when need it. Mr. Morales is very knowledgeable and made time to meet with me to answer all of my questions/concerns and gave me a peace of mind. I feel very confident with my decision to have him represent me.
