Life feels great again after receiving my Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge and it would not be possible without the dedication and hard work of the Baumer law firm. Filing for bankruptcy was a daunting decision due to its potential impact on my credit and financial future. Prior to any official Bankruptcy Court meeting, Megan held what I call “pre-meetings” to discuss whatever that next process was, which I found extremely helpful. My case took several months to complete and so during that time whenever I had a question, I would either call or email the office and Renee was quick to respond (often the same day). I cannot compliment the customer service enough.

Overall, I am very pleased and happy with having Megan Baumer and the Baumer law firm in my corner. Once again, I do personally feel that filing for bankruptcy is a very case-by-case basis, but if you are seriously considering bankruptcy, I highly recommend calling them for a consultation. Spoke with Renee and went over some basic details including what was needed before my appointment with Michael Baumer. I immediately sent in all the requested paper work and had confirmed a phone consultation for the following day. The time came and went without a call, I tried to follow up but never received a response. I get that things happen but not communicating with your clients is completely unprofessional to me. I took time off work for this consultation which was a complete waste of time. If you aren't responsible enough to communicate with your clients, then I can't trust you to be responsible enough to handle any legal cases.
